DELIVERY

If your order has not arrived after the outlined times please contact us at info@tenaciouslygracious.co.uk with your order number and we can track your order status.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for packages if they go missing once they have been delivered to the address provided to us.
RETURNS

If you wish to return an item you must notify us via email at info@tenaciouslygracious.co.uk within 28 days of the date of purchase (this is extended to 42 for international orders). We will provide details of where to send the item and how your refund will be processed or, if an alternative item is available for replacement.
